Most recently, Pam worked on Special Projects at the Jewish Federation of Baltimore, which focused on marketing, research, and analysis of the effectiveness of the Federation's programming.
Prior, she served as the President and Vice-President of the Board of Trustees at a private school in Annapolis.
She also was a member of the school's Capital Campaign Committee, whose task was the fundraising, budgeting and supervision of the design and build-out of a new $2 million wing.
Pam joined Alpert Associates in 2013, initially compiling law firm intelligence for the company.
After gaining a solid understanding of the market, she began helping attorneys transition firms.
She takes the time to fully understand who and what her candidates and clients are about and seeks the lawyer-law firm match that will be personally and professionally satisfying for both.
She operates under the belief that success is in the details, knowing your "customers", doing your homework, and being willing to go the extra mile.
She guarantees that you will have her full time and attention and make every effort to offer you a smooth, confidential search and mutually beneficial match.
Pam holds a B.A. from George Washington University.
