My approach to recruiting is both analytical and personal. Before entering recruiting, I worked in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, where I helped marry the unique needs of major retailers with the brands and products I managed. I found immense fulfillment in identifying the right fit, brokering multi-million dollar deals, and building lasting relationships. My past expertise has continued to serve me since joining Alpert Associates, where I connect top legal talent with the right firms.
While I leverage my experience in financial analysis and negotiation to provide clear, data-driven advice, I believe that understanding the human side of a career move is just as important. Whether a candidate is seeking greater autonomy, improved work-life balance, a better cultural fit, or opportunities for growth, I am committed to helping them find the right fit. I am adept at identifying the best possible options for consideration and managing the process hands-on, every step of the way. My goal is to combine precision with empathy and to facilitate a search that is easy, thorough, and rewarding.
I earned my BBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating cum laude with a concentration in Finance. I have been a competitive squash player for over a decade, captaining both my high school and college teams and now competing in New York’s 5.5 league. I am also a passionate musician, performing in a cappella groups and playing guitar for years. These pursuits reflect my dedication to discipline, collaboration, and creativity—values that align closely with my work in recruiting. Please reach out, even just to talk. I look forward to getting to know you!
